Abstract:ABSTRACT. Trust is a central construct and plays a critical role in understanding Internet consumer behavior. This research seeks to directly address the subject of Internet Commerce Trust (lCT) by developing a valid, reliable, and generalizable scale to measure this multifaceted subject.
