Dilute Brimonidine to Improve Patient Comfort and Subconjunctival Hemorrhage After LASIK

Abstract: Use of dilute brimonidine before LASIK reduces subconjunctival hemorrhage and injection and improves patient comfort after surgery. Flap edge wrinkling requiring refloat may still be a complication with dilute brimonidine.
