Abstract:<p class="abstract">Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) and Kimura’s disease are uncommon chronic benign lesions of the skin mainly involving the head and neck regions where ALHE involves vascular and lymphocytic proliferation and Kimura’s is of inflammatory type.
