As part of a research, the study of the level of solving the scientific problem of transport flow management in large cities was carried out as a component of the integrated information-intelligent transport system of the city. A significant amount of research on a number of important components of the problem has been identified, including the application of new approaches, methods and information technologies for planning and forecasting traffic flows, optimization of bimodal urban networks. The software implementation of a mathematical model to optimize the interaction of urban passenger transport, passenger transfer points and urban trains in major transportation hubs in terms of sustainable development and digitalization was proposed. A toolkit for the integrated interaction of city train, urban passenger transport and passenger transfer points in major cities has been implemented. As a result of the study, a high level of versatility of the proposed model and the possibility of its active practical application was determined.

“…Veoma je bitno pravilno vođenje logističke politike od strane ovih preduzeća, pri čemu je njeno funkcionisanje usmereno na ispunjene određenih ciljeva (Skowronska, 2007): (1) obezbeđenje stranim poslovnim partnerima visok nivo logističke usluge, (2) kreiranje dobrog ambijenta koji će omogućiti pružanje logističkih usluga po fer cenama, (3) zadovoljenje zahteva u pogledu rokova isporuke robe na ciljnom tržištu. The internationalization of logistics activities has become inevitable for many transport and logistics companies that intend to expand their business beyond the borders of the national economy. Thanks to this process, i.e., greater dispersion of the value chain and flow of globally exchanged goods and information, there are changes in the characteristics of logistics systems at the global level. The aim of this paper is to point out, based on a comprehensive analysis of the internationalization process, its close connection with cross-border activities of transport-logistics companies. The paper analyzes the road transport activities, on the example of Turkey, due to their highest visibility within the overall logistics activities of the company. Thanks to the favorable geostrategic position of Turkey and the development of the road network, road transport has become the most widespread mode of transport whose role in the logistics sector and the realization of cross-border activities of logistics companies is growing from year to year.
