Risk management is a complex process that requires company managers to have very good knowledge of its organizational structure on the one hand and on the other hand, in order to achieve a good management, it is necessary for the respective manager to have sufficient long-term experience during which the manager has monitored the processes of company management and its susceptibility and change under the influence of various factors. The overall risk management process goes through three main stages: identification of risks, analysis and assessment of risks and risk monitoring. Each stage is a compilation of complex procedures through which the problems and risks for the respective enterprise are determined and overcome. For this reason, the strictness, importance and significance of each stage cannot be accurately determined. Due to the limited scope of the article, the research is focused only on one of the main problems in risk management, namely the study of the standard deviation of the risk in the process of assessing and analyzing the risks in tourism sector enterprises. The article has the following structure: Introduction, References review, Methodology, Results and Discussion. Two hypotheses are presented for testing and research. Proving these two hypotheses through the application of the mathematical toolkit for risk assessment gives the innovativeness of the article and its authorial identity, which distinguishes it from other publications in the field of tourism sector. The obtained results of this article can serve the managers of tourism companies to improve their work in the management of hotels. The process of identifying, testing, evaluating and analyzing risks is complex, requiring managers to have sound knowledge of finance, accounting, economics and management. This article can provide them with guidance for solving specific problems and making managerial decisions about risk management.

Sovereign Sustainable Bond Market – Positioning and Effects

The sustainable bond market emerges in 2007-2008 but significantly impacts capital markets after 2015. It can be argued that one of the reasons for its development is due to the issuances from supranational financial institutions, governments, and other public sector organizations. This article focuses on sovereign bonds issued for sustainable development, covering four main themes: green bonds, social bonds, sustainability bonds, and sustainability-linked bonds. Using methods of descriptive statistics, analysis of variance and correlation-regression analysis, the article examines the position of sovereign bonds in the sustainable bond market and the achieved outcomes in the environmental and social spheres in issuing countries. The application of the methodology reveals an increasing share of sovereign bonds in the sustainable debt segment, along with a statistically significant relationship between thematic sovereign bond issues and the overall volume of thematic debt. Positive changes in the indices measuring the sustainable development of the countries suggest a policy of increasing the relative share of government securities with a thematic focus in the overall government debt market.

Organizations need to move their businesses to the virtual environment to reduce costs, eliminate being physically tied to a place, benefit from a qualified workforce and respond quickly to expectations. Innovative thoughts, information that can be turned into tangible products and digital skills are seen as the main factors of production in virtual organizations. Managing all these competencies requires a new understanding of leadership different from traditional organizational structures and management understanding. This new form of leadership, called digital leadership, is of great importance in adapting to the conditions of the digital age. Integrating the skills of the digital age with the digitalizing world necessitates digital leadership. For this reason, it is thought that digital leadership is becoming more and more important in virtual organizational structures. Digital leaders stand out as leaders with broad imaginations, advanced intellectual aspects, and high digital competencies. The main purpose of this section is to focus on the transformative aspect of digital leadership, which is a requirement of virtualization in organizations with the spread of remote working. In addition, it is aimed to contribute to the literature on the concept of digital leadership.
