Abstract:This preprint describes a Phase I/II home-based computerized cognitive stimulation program for insomnia. After stipulating the maximum tolerable training dose, patients in a public hospital diagnosed with insomnia underwent 15 consecutive days of computerized cognitive stimulation intervention. The results determined the inexistence of undesirable effects, as well as improvements not only in the quality of sleep but also in the cognitive-emotional domain.
