Digital gangrene in spinal tuberculosis

Abstract: Though tuberculosis (TB) is commonly seen, peripheral gangrene as a manifestation of TB is not common. Spinal TB presents with backache, paraparesis, or quadriparesis with or without bladder and bowel involvement. It may cause spinal deformities.
