“…In fact, creative individuals are understood to be the axis of new cultures of creativity and innovation, due to their personality traits, which include dynamism, proactivity, self-starting, openness, preference for novelty and challenges, prosocial orientation, team working, and sensitivity [ 8 , 9 ].
