Digital Delivery of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

Abstract: Purpose of Review Digital cognitive behavioral therapy (dCBT) has been available for over a decade. We reviewed the evidence that accumulated over the past 5 years and discuss the implications for introducing dCBT into standard healthcare.
