Digital cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia and primary care costs in England: an interrupted time series analysis

Abstract: Background Sleepio is an automated digital programme that delivers cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia. Sleepio has been proven effective in improving sleep difficulties.
