Timber-framed walls panels represent a constructive solution that can collaborate in the diffusion of the use of wood in civil construction, as well as in construction with low carbon construction technology (TCBC, initials in portuguese). Several models have already been developed, but their use is still incipient. The community involved in timber construction in Brazil, today, struggles to articulate the production chain's various sectors, aiming at a more promising future in the medium and long term. However, we see a gap in the availability of construction components based on wood products in the market. Industrialized timber building systems such as CLT and MLC is in full expansion, and still faces challenges in its popularization due, in part, to cost-competitive marketplace conditions. The use of timberframed walls in a timber construction requires special care, linking the architectural design to production to ensure quality and durability. Thus, this work aims to develop a wall panel based on forest products with a modular coordination system to be prefabricated on the construction site. Moreover, the panel can be used as an internal and external wall. In this sense, understood, in the first moment, how the prefabrication production process within the construction site can contribute to the use of wood products in the construction sector. Finally, we discuss which project criteria should be considered to prefabricate a wall panel without going through the industrial production process.
