Although most logistics and freight forwarding organizations, in one way or another, claim to have core values. The engagement of employees is a vast structure that affects almost every part of the company's core environmental values. There is little theoretical knowledge about the relationship between firms and the engagement of employees. Based on research literature, this paper aims to provide a novel approach for insight around employee engagement in a logistics organization by implementing deep natural language processing concepts. The artificial intelligence enabled solution named Intelligent Pulse (i-Pulse) can evaluate hundreds and thousands of pulse survey comments and provides the actionable insights and gist of employee feedback. i-Pulse allows the stakeholders to think in new ways in their organization, helping them to have a powerful influence on employee engagement, retention, and efficiency. This study is of corresponding interest to researchers and practitioners.

A framework for building a sustainable digital nation: essential elements and challenges

Purpose Nations around the globe are moving from digital transformation toward the realization of a digital nation, but they are facing challenges in the process. This study aims to build a digital nation framework by identifying these challenges and developing solutions. Design/methodology/approach A systematic literature review process was followed, which included the development of a review protocol, selection of research papers, data extraction and analysis of results. In total, 41 research papers were selected from the 12,624 peer-reviewed academic and research papers initially identified. Findings Several challenges associated with the elements of a digital nation, including people, technology, institutions, policy, economics and sustainability, are identified; and solutions to these problems are presented. This study's primary objective is to build a digital nation framework by analyzing these challenges and finding solutions to them. Research limitations/implications The study provides direction for building a digital nation framework, but the literature review findings are limited to journals, conference papers and government publications. Moreover, it would have been helpful if the research findings had been crosschecked with a panel of experts. This study will correct this weakness in later research. Practical implications This study provides policymakers and leaders with a guide for building a digital nation. This study also provides direction for researchers working in this field as little relevant research is currently available. Originality/value This study analyses the existing literature on the challenges surrounding digital nations and gives direction to theory building for future studies.

<p> Cryptocurrencies acquire user confidence by making the whole creation and transaction history transparent to the public. In exchange, the transaction history accurately captures the complete range of user activities related to cryptocurrencies. In this paper, the use of data mining methods in Bitcoin transactions is analyzed and summarized. Cryptocurrencies, similar to the well-known Bitcoin, were targeted to ensure transaction security and privacy and overcome the drawbacks of traditional banking systems as well as other centralized systems. We also conduct a thorough analysis of the literature on the challenges and applications of electronic currencies. We outline the evolution of digital currency from electronic cash to cryptocurrencies and put the spotlight on the methods used to increase user privacy. We also highlight security threats in the existing cryptocurrency systems that jeopardize the privacy of Bitcoin users. Finally, we identify several research gaps and trends that need to be looked at further. </p>
