Diffusion‐limited PBPK model for predicting pulmonary pharmacokinetics of florfenicol in pig

Abstract: For most bacterial lung infections, the concentration of unbound antimicrobial agent in lung interstitial fluid has been thought to be responsible for antimicrobial efficacy.
