Diffuse ileal ganglioneuromatosis mimicking a gastrointestinal stromal tumor

Abstract: Rationale: Intestinal ganglioneuromatosis (IGNM) is a rare disease, defined by an abnormal proliferation of ganglion cells, nerve fibers and Schwann cells in the enteric nerve system.
