Diffuse gingival enlargement with stromal calcifications occurring in a background of amelogenesis imperfecta - An oral medicine case book

Abstract: A 12-year-old female patient presented with diffusely enlarged fibrous gingivae, enamel hypoplasia, an anterior open bite and impacted permanent maxillary canines (Figures 1-4).
