Difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment of comorbid infections with rheumatoid arthritis. Case report

Abstract: The article presents the case of the diagnosis of sepsis as a variant of a comorbid infection in a patient with cross syndrome (systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis) on the background of the debut of coronary heart disease (acute myocardial infarction complicated by external rupture of the heart).
