Difficulties in Correction of Recurrent Hypoglycemia in a Patient With a Progressive Course of Malignant Metastatic Insulinoma

Abstract: This article describes a clinical observation of a patient with a progressive course of malignant metastatic insulinoma, despite repeated embolization and chemoembolization (CE) of the right and left hepatic arteries with doxorubicin and gemcitabine, with metastatic liver lesion and subsequent increase in the size of secondary foci.
