Differenzialdiagnostische Abgrenzung Enzephalitis versus Gliom mittels Magnetresonanzspektroskopie

Abstract: This case report shows that cerebral glioma can mimick infective brain disease and that MR-spectroscopy is an important non-invasive tool in this differential diagnosis.
