Differentiation of intestinal epithelial stem cells from parthenogenetic embryonic stem cells

Abstract: Intestinal epithelial stem cells (IESCs) have great potential for the repair of intestinal epithelial injury. However, the amplification of primarily cultured IESCs is relatively difficult.
