Differentiation of Bolus Texture During Deglutition via High‐Density Surface Electromyography: A Pilot Study

Abstract: ObjectiveSwallowing is a complex neuromuscular task. There is limited spatiotemporal data on normative surface electromyographic signal during swallow, particularly across standard textures.
