Differentiating Symptoms of Bipolar Disorder From Those of Temporal Lobe Epilepsy: A Case Report

Abstract: Bipolar I disorder and interictal personality syndrome have many overlapping characteristics that are difficult to distinguish. There is scant literature focused on interictal personality syndrome and no case reports to date detailing patients with comorbid bipolar pathology.
