Differentiated swine airway epithelial cell cultures for the investigation of influenza A virus infection and replication

Abstract: SUMMARY Background Differentiated human airway epithelial cell cultures have been utilized to investigate cystic fibrosis, wound healing, and characteristics of viral infections.
