Currently, the most mature frequency adjustment methods for differential ring oscillators include changing the number of stages of differential inverter units or the delay time of inverter units by combining them with analog switch [1][2][3], using ring oscillators based on voltage-controlled oscillators to adjust frequency [1,[4][5], and reconfigurable PUFRO [6].
