Differential Gene Set Enrichment Analysis: a statistical approach to quantify the relative enrichment of two gene sets

Abstract: Motivation Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) is an algorithm widely used to identify statistically enriched gene sets in transcriptomic data.
