Differential Diagnosis of Feline Leukemia Virus Subgroups Using Pseudotype Viruses Expressing Green Fluorescent Protein

Abstract: ABSTRACT. Feline leukemia virus (FeLV) is classified into three receptor interference subgroups, A, B and C. In this study, to differentiate FeLV subgroups, we developed a simple assay system using pseudotype viruses expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP).
