“…Em 2003, foram desenvolvidos os primeiros piezoeletretos termoformados pelo Grupo de Alta Tensão e Materiais (Gatm), da Universidade de São Paulo (USP), coordenado pelo professor Dr. Ruy Alberto Corrêa Altafim (ALTAFIM et al, 2005). Várias pesquisas foram desenvolvidas nesse âmbito e proporcionaram diversas maneiras de se fabricar piezoeletretos termoformados, cada um apresentando suas vantagens e limitações (ALTAFIM, et al 2003;ZHANG;HILLENBRAND;SESSLER, 2007;ALTAFIM, et al, 2008;ASSAGRA et al, 2013). Estas pesquisas proporcionaram o avanço dos elevados coeficientes piezoelétricos aliados a uma maior estabilidade térmica e a evolução de novos métodos de termoformação para a produção de piezoeletretos, visto que, estruturas bem mais organizadas e cavidades mais bem distribuídas foram configuradas (MEDEIROS, 2014).…”
