Abstract: Introduction Surgery remains main treatment of choice for thyroid nodule for diagnosis and treatment. Conventional thyroid surgery gives scar in the neck so many young patients particularly unmarried females demand thyroid surgery without visible scar in the neck for cosmetic reason.
