Differences in the earthquake preparedness of low- and high-income countries: The cases of Panay island, Philippines and Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan

Abstract: Panay island, Philippines and Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan are populated communities, highly vulnerable to earthquake hazards especially tsunami, and having recognized preparedness measures.
