Differences in Benzodiazepine Receptor Agonist Use in Rural and Urban Older Adults

Abstract: BackgroundOlder adults are especially susceptible to adverse consequences of potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs), such as benzodiazepine receptor agonists (BZDRAs), due to age-related pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic changes.
