Difference in serum nephrin expression between normal and preeclamptic pregnancies: A preliminary study

Abstract: ObjectiveNephrin is one of the slit membrane proteins of podocytes in the kidney. It is known that the nephrin is shed in the urine in nephropathy accompanying proteinuira.
