Abstract: Objetivo. Show more

“…The mean values of Cmax and Tmax observed in rabbits of Group 1 are similar to those described by Lobell et al (1994) in calves and by Jiang et al (2006) in pigs treated with a proprietary formulation containing 300 mg/mL of FFC in an organic solution (Lobell et al, 1994). However, the dose used in rabbits in this study was higher than that previously used by Cazanga et al (2020),…”

“…route. Moreover, the mean value of Tmax of 2.8 h is higher than the 1.08 h or 1.56 h described by Cazanga et al (2020) and Kock et al (2009). These differences in drug formulations demonstrate that the administration of a diluted solution of FFC can increase the absorption rate, obtaining higher and early concentrations of the drug.…”
