“…Specifically, the samples applied on the plates were first eluted up to 2 cm using CHCl 3 : MeOH: H 2 O (10: 2.5: 0.25, v/v/v), up to 5 cm using CHCl 3 : MeOH: acetic acid (11.25: 1.25: 0.13, v/v/v), up to 7 cm using hexane: diethyl ether: acetone (2.5: 10: 0.63, v/v/v) and finally up to the top (9.5 cm) using hexane: diethyl ether (12: 0.37, v/v).
