Z o 11 n c r ", Medizinische Poliklinik der Universitat Munchen Die Verminderung des Fettanteils in der Nahrung fiihrt zu einer Abnahme des Gesamtphosphatidspiegels im Plasma, der durch die Veranderung der Lecithinfraktion bestimmt wird. Der Lecithinspiegel der Versuchspersonen war unter einer Formeldiat mit einem Fettanteil von 250/0 der Energie deutlich niedriger als bei 330/0. Der P/S-Quotient hat bei einem Fettanteil von 330/0 der Energie no& einen EinfluD auf den Lecithinspiegel im Blut. Bei einem Fettanteil von 250/0 der Energie waren die durch Modifikationen des Fettanteils bedingten Unterschiede der Serumlecithinspiegel statistisch nicht mehr signifikant. Der Plasmaspiegel von Lysolecithin nahm bei der Reduktion des Fettanteils in der Nahrung ebenfalls ab, anderte sich unter den verschiedenen Fettarten aber nicht. Die Sphingomyelinspiegel im Plasma waren unter beiden Formeldiaten annahernd gleich und anderten sich weder bei der Reduktion noch bei der Modifikation des Fettanteils.
