Dietary berries, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes: an overview of human feeding trials

Abstract: This review focuses on the role of dietary berries, especially the commonly consumed blueberries, cranberries and strawberries on metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes in human trials.
