Dietary acculturation and diet quality of hypertensive Korean Americans

Abstract: Dietary acculturation of immigrants is a common phenomenon regardless of the country from which they immigrate. Healthcare professionals should consider the advantages and disadvantages of dietary acculturation in health promotion for immigrants.
