Diet and Blood Concentrations of Essential and Non-Essential Elements among Rural Residents in Arctic Russia

Abstract: Nutrition is an essential factor for human health. Earlier research has suggested that Arctic residents are vulnerable to environmental toxic exposures through traditional foods.
