Diencephalic syndrome and disseminated juvenile pilocytic astrocytomas of the hypothalamic-optic chiasm region

Abstract: related to hypothalamic dysfunction; its main features are emaciation, despite a normal or slightly diminished caloric intake, and an alert appearance.
