Abstract:Liquid crystal (LC) polymer, composited with inorganic filler, has a broad application prospect in electronic and electrical industry. In this research, permittivity (εr) and dielectric loss tangent (tanδ) of LC composites under different temperatures and frequencies were investigated, and activation energies were calculated and analyzed. At low temperatures and high frequencies, LC composites exhibited well dielectric properties. εr changed a little (3.6~4.0) in temperature range of-60°C~160°C when frequency … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
