“…The deposition of high quality ferroelectric thin films has been studied extensively over the past few decades, because of the excellent piezo-electric, pyro-electric, ferro-electric, and electro-optic properties. The presence of functional properties in many ferroelectric materials has motivated the heterogeneous integration of crystalline thin films directly on silicon for the realization of a variety of novel devices.…”

“…PCT10 thin films on platinum-coated silicon substrates revealed a larger splitting between up-sweep/down-sweep measurements which characterizes a strong spontaneous polarization; i.e., strong short-and long-range ferroelectric order and suggests that the shift of Ti atoms inside the TiO 6 octahedral results in intense noncentrosymmetric ferroelectric order and is expected to show a high remnant polarization value. In the other words, Ti atoms have a larger shift within the octahedron (TiO 6 unit) in the c direction (polarization axis) for the PCT10/Pt sample as compared with the PCT10/LSCO sample.…”

“…Ferroelectric thin film perovskites such as PbTiO 3 (PTO), Pb (Zr x Ti 1À x )O 3 (PZT), Ba 1À x Sr x TiO 3 (BST), BaTiO 3 (BTO), Pb 1À x Sr x TiO 3 (PST) and Pb 1À x Ca x TiO 3 (PCT) have attracted significant interest due to their simple crystal structure, potential application in ultrahigh density memory devices, tunable microwave devices, infrared sensors, etc [1][2][3][4][5][6]. Among them, the solid solution of Pb 1À x Ca x TiO 3 (PCT) is a well known ferroelectric material [7,8] and is regarded as a promising material for piezoelectric sensors and uncooled pyroelectric infrared detectors.…”

“…Exploring and researching high-performance thin-film materials suitable for integration of microwave tuning devices, studying their preparation and film-forming mechanism, and exploring ways to improve tuning capacity and reduce loss is one of the frontier topics that scientific researchers around the world are committed to, which has important scientific significance and application value. Xiuyun Lei et al prepared PST/LNO thin films with highly (100)-orientation on Silicon/Silica Substrates, which have high dielectric tuning of 77% and low dielectric loss of 2.85% with the applied electric field of 300 kV/cm [5] . Dong HeonKang et al studied the dielectric properties of (Pb1-xSrx)TiO3(PST) (0≤x≤0.7) films with the change of Sr content, and found that When x=0.5, the dielectric constant of PST thin films increases abnormally at room temperature and shows a maximum value (Dielectric Constant is 1377 and Dielectric loss is 0.037) at the frequency of 1 kHz applied electric field [6] .…”
