Dielectric and Electrical Properties of Copper-Polyimide-Copper Structures

Abstract: Experimental study of current-voltage (I-V) characteristics and frequency dependences of impedance in copper-Kapton-copper structures in the temperature range 240 – 300 K were carried out.
