Die Wirkung des Thrombins am Froschherzen

Abstract: ZusammenfassungThrombin bewirkt am isolierten Froschherzen bereits in geringer Menge eine Steigerung der Kontraktionskraft. Die Wirkung ist an die Fermentaktivität des Thrombins geknüpft und wird durch spezifische Inhibitoren des Fermentes blockiert. Nach den vorgelegten Untersuchungsergebnissen kommt die Wirkung über eine Freisetzung positiv ino trop wirksamer Stoffe zustande.
