Die Triterpenoide der Birnen‐ und Apfelschale

Abstract: Neben schon von anderen Rosaceen her bekannten Triterpeneuren wird aus den Schalen vonBirne und Apfel erstmals 3fl,19&-Dihydroxyursa-l2-en-2-on-17-saure isoliert. Sie erhalt den Namen Pirolonsiiure (4). Triterpenoids from the Peels of Pear and AppleBesides triterpenic acids known from other Rosaceae the 3fl,19cll-dihydroxyursa-12-en-2-on-17acid, so far not described, is isolated.
