Die traumatische Aortenruptur

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Verkehrsunfälle sind für den größten Teil der traumatischen Aortenrupturen verantwortlich, meist zusammen mit weiteren schweren Begleitverletzungen. Die prähospitale Sterblichkeit ist hoch. Bei Verdacht auf eine beteiligte Aortenverletzung, aufgrund eines hohen traumatic aortic injury scores, ist eine Computertomographie durchzuführen.
