Abstract: ZusammenfassungDer Notruf 142 der Telefonseelsorge (TS) spielt eine bedeutende Rolle im Feld der Krisenhotlines. Alle in Österreich lebenden Personen erhalten bei Bedarf eine niederschwellig zugängliche, kostenlose und vertrauliche Krisenintervention.
