Abstract: Kurzfristige sowie ungeplante Änderungen – wie Auftragsschwankungen, Maschinenausfälle oder Krankheitstage der Mitarbeiter – beeinflussen die Produktionsplanung und -steuerung (PPS) von Industriefirmen.
