Die Reaktion einiger Pyridinaldehyde mit Schwefliger Säure

Abstract: Es wurde das Verhalten von α‐ und γ‐Pyridinaldehyd sowie 6‐Methyl‐α‐pyridinaldehyd gegen freie und gebundene Schweflige Säure untersucht. Abweichend von Benzaldehyd bilden die Pyridinaldehyde beständige freie Pyridyl‐oxy‐methansulfonsäuren. Ihre Herstellung und Eigenschaften sowie ihre analytische Bestimmung werden beschrieben. Für den α‐Pyridinaldehyd wird eine titrimetrische Bestimmungsmethode angegeben.
