Abstract: Der On-Line-Messung von PartikelgroBenverteilungen kommt in der industriellen Praxis bei der kontinuierlichen Uberwachung der Produktqualitat sowie der Regelung von Produktionsprozessen eine immer starkere Bedeutung zu.
