Abstract: The pro-inflammatory form of cellular death, necroptosis, is critical to age-related pathologies. Necroptosis primarily functions as an antipathogenic and antitumor biological mechanism by triggering inflammatory pathways within rogue cell bodies, resulting in cell death.
