Die Entmischung in der Argon‐Quecksilber‐Mitteldruckentladung

Abstract: Die bekannten Bilanzgleichungen zur Beschreibung der axialen Entmischung im nichtisothermen SIulenplasma werden durch Beriicksichtigung der radialen Variation der Neutralgastemperatur verallgemeinert und zur Diagnose einer 50-Torr-Argon-Entladung mit Quecksilberdampf-Zusatz ausgenutzt. Die gewonnenen Daten gestatten Riickschliisse auf die Elektronenbeweglichkeit in reinem Argon bei Elektronentemperaturen bis herab zu 9 000 OK.
