Die Beeinflussung des Histidinstoffwechsels durch Vitaminmangel und verschiedene Ernährungsweise

Abstract: Es wird die Erscheinung des erhöhten enzymatischen Histidin‐Abbaus im B1‐avitaminotischen Organismus weiter untersucht. Dabei ergibt sich: Parallel zum Verhalten der Histidase und der Arginase findet bei B1‐Avitaminose auch eine Erhöhung der Urocaninasespaltung statt. Entsprechend dem erhöhten Histidasespiegel der Leber ist die Histidin‐Ausscheidungsquote nach Belastung bei B1‐Mangel erniedrigt. B2‐ und B6‐avitaminotische Ratten zeigen nach Belastung das gleiche Verhalten wie Beri‐Beri‐Ratten. Die beobachtete… Show more
